Are you ready to learn a few simple techniques to reduce stress?
Research: A new study from the American Heart Association shows that regular meditation was correlated with a 48% reduced rate of death, heart attack and stroke. Blood pressure was reduced and anger decreased significantly among the meditation group. They also showed a trend towards reduced smoking.
We offer the following variety of four mediation techniques:
- Meditation using breath control
- Meditation using mantras and prayer
- Meditation using music
- Guided meditation
