The lotus flower is one of the most ancient and deepest symbols of our planet. The roots are based in mud as it submerges every night into murky river water. The next morning the lotus flower blooms again with remarkable beauty. Similar to a rebirth or new beginning, the lotus rises again each morning. Untouched by the impurities in the mud, the lotus symbolizes the purity of heart and mind.
It is my belief that we are similar to the lotus flower. As adults we have beliefs that are not always for our highest good. Beliefs such as: "I am not good enough"; "I am not worthy"; "I am not smart enough";--and so many other negative beliefs (similar to the impurities in the mud). We don’t always see that we can change our beliefs just as we can change our lives. We can emerge from the mud (negative beliefs) and improve our lives.

I work as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and am a strong believer in Reiki. When I found out that Connie can do life coaching and Reiki I was thrilled and here is why. There are not many people who I would trust to give me guidance. Connie is someone I trust immensely. She has such a calming spirit and she is non-judgmental. I always feel like I've had a tremendous burden lifted after she performs Reiki on me. She is bright, intuitive, and a healer. To have her as a life coach and as a Reiki master is a wonderful combination. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
